I selected Morningside Windsor for its amenity-rich location - 11 restaurants within 3 blocks walking, short walk down to Piedmont Park, AND a Sprouts grocery store in the same complex. Starbucks across the street! But I fell in love with Morningside Windsor for it's open floor plan, upgraded finish out, and outstanding maintenance team. All maintenance techs live on-site! There's always one on call 24x7 in case of emergency. The office team is welcoming, helpful, and assisted in making my move in as smooth as possible, and professionally resolved an issue with my particular unit. Most important, it's CLEAN here! There's a team of cleaners who clean all the common areas, hallways, stairwells, etc., on a regular basis. Happy to live here!

Amazing service from the leasing office and management. Also amazing response time from maintenance! Apartment is lovely and the environment of the complex itself is welcoming and safe!

The apartments are great. I think my issue is that while I cannot hear my side neighbors. I feel like my upstairs neighbors are coming through my roof. The staff seems to be hit or miss. Either they are great, or they have no idea where they even are.
